The Talent Development Center Organizes Newly Recruited Teachers to Visit and Study at Teachers' Ethics Education Hall of Xingzhi Garden

In order to deeply comprehend the spirit of educators, and guide teachers in advocating morality and self-cultivation and devoting themselves to teaching and educating people for the Party and cultivating talents for the country, on November 22, the Talent Development Center organized the newly recruited teachers of NJCIT to visit and study at the Teachers' Ethics Education Hall of Xingzhi Garden.

The rich collection of pictures and texts in the memorial hall vividly showcased Mr. Tao Xingzhi's lifelong dedication to China's educational cause and his selfless devotion to the Chinese people's revolutionary cause. Under the vivid explanation of the commentator, all the teachers gained a deeper understanding of Mr. Tao Xingzhi's educational concept of integrating teaching, learning and doing, his spirit of great love and dedication embodied in coming with an open heart, leaving without taking anything, and his broad mind of loving all and willingly being a stepping stone for others.

Through this study, teachers deeply felt the importance of teachers' ethics and conduct in education. They recognized that only by possessing good teachers' ethics and conduct can they truly influence students' growth and development and cultivate more outstanding talents for society. The teachers said that they would follow Mr. Tao Xingzhi's example, integrate the concept of life education into their daily lives, work in a down-to-earth manner with fraternity and selfless dedication, strive to become excellent teachers with ideals and beliefs, moral sentiment, solid knowledge, and benevolence, and make unremitting efforts for fulfilling the lofty mission of fostering virtue through education.
