To help international students increase their understanding of China's excellent traditional culture and enhance the friendship between Chinese and foreign students, on October 26, the School of International Education organized a Cultural Inheritance on Fingertips handicraft experience activity for international students at Lecture Theater VI, Xingyi Building. The activity was co-organized by the International Students' Home Association and DIY Handicraft Association.

The activity was very lively, with students from both China and abroad gathering together. Under the careful guidance of members of the DIY Handicraft Association, the students devoted themselves to the production of handicrafts. From exquisite paper-cutting skills to chic painting fans, from traditional woodblock printing to unique Chinese knot clay, each handicraft embodied profound Chinese cultural heritage. In the process of making handicrafts, international students not only felt the unique charm of excellent traditional Chinese culture but also enhanced exchanges and friendships among classmates. Student Liu Xin from Thailand said, This activity has given me a deeper understanding and experience of Chinese culture. I really enjoy this form of communication.

The successful holding of this activity has set up a platform for international students to understand and experience Chinese culture, promoted the mutual integration and interaction between different cultures, and enhanced students' cross-cultural communication skills to some extent.
