Drawing on his over 30 years of professional experience, he shared three key insights: First, educators should embrace a broader vision and work diligently; second, educators should embrace industry to enhance skills; third, educators should place importance on educational reform and pay attention to teaching materials.

Following this, Professor Wang Chunfeng, a nationally recognized outstanding teacher and technical expert, led the new faculty members in taking an oath of commitment. The solemn oath of commitment signified that the fresh force in the field of education would steadfastly follow in the footsteps of their senior peers, embarking on their careers dedicated to cultivating virtue and fostering talent.

The speech guided attendees through a review of NJCIT's achievements in the first half of 2024 and outlined ten main administrative tasks for the second half of the year. In his speech, President Tian Min urged teachers to embrace the spirit of educators in the new semester and build confidence through ability enhancement on the new journey. He called on NJCIT's CPC organizations at all levels to thoroughly study and implement the guiding principles from the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the National Education Conference. He urged a continued push for driving high-quality development through Party-building work centered on the year's priorities and the focus for the upcoming fall semester. Additionally, he encouraged all faculty members to keep in mind their mission of cultivating talent for the CPC and the country and vigorously promote the spirit of educators. He urged them to integrate moral education into their teaching practices, embrace their responsibilities, and strive for excellence. He emphasized the collective effort required to meet the requirements of the New Initiative for Developing Top-tier Vocational Colleges and Specialties with Chinese Characteristics and envisioned NJCIT's contribution to a new chapter of high-quality development for vocational education in China.
