Fang Naichun, Party Secretary and Director General of CVEA, Visits NJCIT with His Entourage

On May 11, Fang Naichun, Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and Director General of China Vocational Education Association (CVEA), and his entourage visited NJCIT for investigation, accompanied by Ni Nan, Second-level Inspector of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and Secretary-General of CVEA Jiangsu Branch. They were received by heads of NJCIT, including Wang Danzhong, Secretary of CPC Committee, Tian Min, President, Xu Jianjun, Member of CPC Commitee and Vice President, and Du Qingbo, Member of CPC Commitee and Vice President.

At the investigation meeting, Secretary Wang briefly introduced the history of NJCIT and extended a warm welcome to Secretary Fang and his delegation. On behalf of the School, President Tian also made a report on the school running and the work of the  Industry-Education Integration Special Committee of CVEA Jiangsu Branch and the School-Enterprise Cooperation Committee.

Secretary Fang pointed out that NJCIT has a distinctive educational feature and clear positioning, and that the School closely focuses on cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents in line with industry demands, which aligns with the national talent development positioning for vocational education. Moreover, he encouraged NJCIT to continue upholding the socialist direction of education with higher goals, and striving to achieve new and greater achievements in the practice of running high-level vocational schools with Chinese characteristics, thus better serving the high-quality development of vocational education in China.

Before the symposium, Secretary Fang and his delegation also visited the experimental training base of NJCIT.
