In order to publicize the achievements of China's higher education development and expand the channels for foreign students to understand China, China Education Association for International Exchange held China Education Opportunities Virtual Event 2022 — Study in China from April 27 to 29, 2022, and Nanjing Vocational College of Information Technology was invited to participate in the event from 18:10 to 19:10 on April 27.
At the event, NJCIT focused on the College's development history, faculty, school-running achievements, international exchanges and cooperation achievements, professional orientation and international student enrollment plan, and answered the questions of students and parents overseas about studying in China online. International students at the College showed their campus learning and living environment from their own perspective via video link, making overseas teachers, students and parents feel very cordial.
Officials from the Department of International Cooperation and Exchanges of the Ministry of Education, and China Education Association for International Exchange attended the opening ceremony to discuss the new future of international cooperation in education, convey China's determination and confidence in opening up education to the outside world, deepen and expand cooperation, exchanges and mutual learning with other countries in the field of education, and contribute to the building of a community with a shared future for mankind. The virtual event will showcase the development achievements of China's higher education in an all-round and three-dimensional way. More than 140 colleges and universities in China have utilized a professional promotion platform with outstanding characteristics, abundant resources and complete information to comprehensively interpret the policies of studying in China through graphic and text display, live streaming and online exchange, introduce the high-quality and international majors and courses, and publicize scholarship programs. Teachers and students from many countries and regions in Asia, Europe, America and Africa have watched the online event.
