NJCIT Invites Professor at the University of Sunderland for Online Lecture

On the afternoon of August 17, at the invitation of the International Exchange and Cooperation Department of NJCIT, Theodore Savage, a professor at the University of Sunderland in the United Kingdom, gave an online special lecture for students of the Joint Training Program at NJCIT, and all the students attended.

Professor Theodore Savage started with the origin of the name of the United Kingdom, and gave a detailed introduction to its geographical overview, social etiquette, food culture and table manners, personal hygiene, business culture, and social behavior for the students. The lecture ended with his interaction with the students. The students said that the lecture was profound in simple terms, humorous, informed, and well-received.

The lecture is part of the activity plan for the Joint Training Program. In the near future, more teachers in related majors from abroad will be invited and give lectures for students of the program.
