Characteristics and Advantages

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China has revised and promulgated 14 environmental laws, more than 40 ordinances and regulations, and more than 100 supporting notifications and documents. The promulgation of laws and regulations has greatly promoted the development of environmental governance, environmental monitoring, and online operation and maintenance, etc. The environmental industry has benefited unprecedentedly from the policies and made great strides. The specialty of Environmental Monitoring and Control Technology, making use of the college's resources in electronic information, was at the top in Jiangsu province in building the fumes automatic online operation and maintenance training room and the wastewater automatic online operation and maintenance training room, providing the talents for the intelligent and automatic development of environmental monitoring. The school has undertaken the training of employees in Nanjing for the China Association of Environmental Protection Industry numerous times, and the development of the specialty has been recognized by the industry.

Nanjing Tiancheng Environment Science and Technology Engineering Co., Ltd., a leading company in the online monitoring industry in Nanjing, is a high-tech environmental protection enterprise in Jiangsu Province, which focuses on developing the facilities, technology and service for ecological environment online monitoring for a long time. The general manager of the company is an off-campus professional leader in the major of Environmental Monitoring and Control Technology. The school has cooperated with the enterprise for nearly 10 years. The two sides have jointly built an online operation and maintenance training room, run online automatic detection-related courses, applied for patents, and built an ecological environment monitoring platform. The monitoring platform has practical training courses for studentsand provides technical training for the industry, which promotes the development of the specialty.
