Great News: Great Achievements in "Jiangsu Craftsman" Job Training Vocational Skills Competition (Information Communication Network Linemen)

The Jiangsu Craftsman Job Training Vocational Skills Competition and the 2024 Jiangsu Province Communication Industry Information and Communication Network Linemen (Smart Home Installation and Maintenance) Skills Competition (Provincial First-Class Competition) were successfully held from October 17 to 18, 2024. This competition is jointly guided by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Jiangsu Communications Administration, and organized by the Jiangsu Communications Industry Association.

More than 100 organizations and schools from 13 cities in Jiangsu Province participated in the preliminary provincial selection competition, with over 400 participants. After the selection process, 114 participants from the staff group and 30 from the student group advanced to the provincial finals. The faculty and students of the School of Network and Communication achieved 1 first prize, 3 second prizes, and 2 third prizes. Deng Yuyang won the third place in the first prize of the student group.

When the wind is right, it is time to set sail, and with determination, we climb higher. The School of Network and Communication will seize this competition as an opportunity, using student skills competitions as a lever to promote learning through competition, teaching through competition, and improvement through competition, enhancing student skill development, improving overall talent cultivation quality, and injecting vitality into the high-quality development of NJCIT.
