To thoroughly implement the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on stabilizing employment and ensuring employment, as well as the requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Carrying out the Special Action of Bringing Excellent Enterprises to Campus for Talent Recruitment and Introduction, we will accelerate the development of a modern industrial system, promote the deep integration of majors and industries, and build a high-quality employment service platform around Jiangsu's 1650 industrial development strategic planning. On October 11, 2024, the launching ceremony of Jiangsu Province's 1650 Industrial System New Quality Skilled Talent Supply and Demand Matchmaking & Graduates Campus Recruitment Event was grandly held at NJCIT. The event was attended by Li Qiang, Level I Inspector; Zhang Beihong, Director of the Personnel Division; Han Jing, Director of the Service System Construction Division; Liu Pei, Director of the Equipment Industry Division I; Lu Jun, Director of the Big Data Industry Division; Zhang Wei, Director of the Software and Information Service Industry Division; and Zhuang Dongling, First-level Researcher of the Personnel Division of the Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu; Tian Min, President; Qian Qunlei, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee; and Sun Gang, Vice President of Nanjing Vocational College of Information Technology; Fei Yunsheng, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee; and Zhu Min, Vice President of Changzhou College of Information Technology; Zhang Youdong, President; and Zhu Jing, Vice President of Jiangsu Vocational College of Electronics and Information, as well as representatives from enterprises such as Panda Handa, secondary schools, and the 2025 graduates of NJCIT. The event was presided over by Zhang Youdong, President of Jiangsu Vocational College of Electronics and Information.
At the beginning of the launching ceremony, everyone watched a promotional video of NJCIT's high-quality development. Tian Min, President of Nanjing Vocational College of Information Technology, first delivered a speech to express the great attention to this event and the ardent expectations for industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation. President Tian stated that in the process of double high-level construction, NJCIT focuses on the national digital education strategy and actively responds to the strategies of manufacturing power, Internet power, and digital China. It concentrates on Jiangsu Province's 1650 industrial system and strives to create a new mechanism for industry-education integration that covers leading enterprises + professional groups + ecosystems. NJCIT is dedicated to cultivating future skilled craftsmen who can meet the demand of the new generation of information technology development and aims to become a benchmark institution for high-quality development in China's vocational education. It is hoped that this event will deepen school-enterprise cooperation, strengthen industrial chain coordination, serve the high-quality and full employment of graduates, and contribute wisdom and strength to the economic and social development of Jiangsu Province and even the whole country.
You Zhijun, Director of Nanjing Panda Handa Technology Co. Ltd., delivered a speech as an enterprise representative. He shared the cooperation achievements between the company and Nanjing Vocational College of Information Technology in talent training, technology R&D, and other aspects and said that he would continue to deepen cooperation and jointly promote the development of Jiangsu Province's 1650 industrial system. As a representative of graduates who will enter society soon, Fan Xinyu from IoT Class 2201 expressed wonderful expectations for future employment and gratitude for school-enterprise cooperation. He stated that he would cherish the opportunity presented by this recruitment event, striving to find a job position that suits him and contributes to the development of his alma mater.
Subsequently, the Party Building Alliance Action of Serving New Quality Productive Forces and Promoting Employment through School-Enterprise Chain Enhancement was officially launched. The Personnel Division, Service System Construction Division, and Software and Information Service Industry Division of the Industry and Information Technology Department, along with three affiliated colleges and three representative enterprises, including Guobo Electronics, signed a joint construction agreement for the Party Building Alliance. This could provide a solid organizational guarantee for further strengthening industry-education integration, as well as school-enterprise cooperation, marking a new level of collaboration in aspects such as Party building leadership, talent cultivation, and technological innovation. At the same time, the school-enterprise cooperation co-construction agreement signing ceremony was held for the three colleges affiliated with the Industry and Information Technology Department and six enterprises such as Hoperun. The signing of the agreement would further deepen school-enterprise cooperation, promote in-depth integration of industry, university, and research, and provide strong talent support for the development of Jiangsu Province's 1650 industrial system.
Next, Li Qiang, Level I Inspector of the Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu pointed out in his speech that the supply and demand matchmaking of new quality skilled talent under Jiangsu Province's 1650 industrial system is aimed at improving the supply and demand matchmaking mechanism for new quality skilled talent and strengthening the integrated development of schools and enterprises. The focus is on cultivating and supporting a group of talents in advanced manufacturing technology and fundamental processes, broadening the channels for skilled talent supply and demand matchmaking, striving for a suitable match between people and jobs, giving full play to talents, and ensuring that everyone can contribute their skills. This will create a collaborative force to accelerate the development of new quality productive forces. Colleges affiliated with the Industry and Information Technology Department should strive to promote school-enterprise cooperation, strengthen industry-education integration, deepen the integration of science and education, and promote the organic connection of the education chain, talent chain, industrial chain, and innovation chain. In this way, vocational education can better meet the new needs of industrial development, provide solid talent support for building a province with strong strength in manufacturing, and boost the new practice of Chinese modernization in Jiangsu.
