NJCIT Holds the 2022 Teaching Quality "Golden Apple Project" Commendation Conference

At 9:00 a.m. on May 12, 2022, NJCIT held the 2022 Teaching Quality Golden Apple Project Commendation Conference in Room C403 of the Administration Building, aiming to commend a group of high-quality educational achievements yielded at the teaching front in 2022. Du Qingbo, Vice President of NJCIT, Lu Zhenxia, Director of the Teaching Materials R&D Department of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Press, deans of teaching departments and teachers in charge of the project attended the conference, which was presided over by Yang Qianhua, Director of the Academic Affairs Office.During the conference, Vice President Du delivered a speech, congratulating all NJCIT teaching staff on thoroughly studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fulfilling the fundamental task of moral education, and achieving outstanding results in their diligent teaching and education work. He also encouraged all the staff to continue to work hard and make more achievements in the future.

Xu Jun, Deputy Dean of the School of Digital Arts, gave a specific interpretation on the design concept of the minimal yet delicate Golden Apple Medal. At the center of the golden apple lies a seed that represents eternity, which can also be regarded as a sweat bead symbolizing hard work. The medal is intended to be worn close to the heart of the recipient, whose unremitting endeavor will undoubtedly nurture the apple seed into a towering, fruitful tree.

Leaders including Du Qingbo, Vice President, and Yang Qianhua, Director of the Academic Affairs Office, presented award certificates and the Golden Apple Medals to the winning representatives of the ten sub-projects under the 2022 Teaching Quality Golden Apple Project, and extended their sincere congratulations.

Winning representatives from different projects, such as Miao Hui, a teacher from the Department of Quality Education, Xing Zhi, a teacher from the School of Electronic Information, and Jiang Minmin, Dean of the School of Network and Communication, shared their experiences with everyone.

In a peaceful and warm atmosphere, NJCIT successfully completed the 2022 Teaching Quality Golden Apple Project Commendation Conference.
