"Online 1+X Certificate Training Pilot Program for Vocational College Teachers" Wraps up

On August 6, 2021, 40 teachers from 24 schools in Jiangsu Province completed the training and post-training survey of the Online 1+X Certificate Training Pilot Program for Vocational College Teachers. Due to the resurgence of the COVID-19 pandemic, this national training program was carried out in an online + offline mode. The teaching team summarized the experience and lessons from online training activities since 2020, and selected the online + offline mode for this training program to better present the tracking content. The training was mainly carried out via DingTalk live broadcast software and the iCVE platform. Since engineering teaching emphasizes hands-on capabilities and practical operation of various equipment, network simulation platforms were enabled to support the use of stimulation software and trainers' live streaming during the training, which greatly improved the training quality and won unanimous praise from trainees. This national training program won wide recognition among trainees, according to the questionnaire of the trainees at Jiangsu Teachers Training Center.
