On September 24, the first China-ASEAN Rising Star Innovation Lab was held at ASEAN International Convention Center. A total of 12 higher vocational colleges nationwide were pre-selected to participate in the event and broadcast live to China and ten ASEAN countries to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of China-ASEAN dialogue relations.

NJCIT's Creative Artists team, consisting of three Indonesian and two Chinese students, performed the Nanjing Velvet Flower Helps to Spread Intangible Cultural Heritage along the Belt and Road at the event. With excellent results, it became the only exhibition and performance project for the innovation lab watched by the leaders of the Ministry of Education, and finally won the honorary title of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Surprise Group.

Leaders including Liu Limin, President of the China Education Association for International Exchange and Former Vice Minister of Education, and Liu Jin, Director General of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange of the Ministry of Education,  watched the cultural display wall of our college's Innovation & Entrepreneurship Camp. They also carried out cordial exchanges with our teachers and students and took group photos.

Finally, the 2021 China-ASEAN Education Exchange Week themed Uniting Knowledge and Action to Jointly Build an Education Prospect of Sustainable Development and Cooperation achieved a full success!
