National Natural Science Foundation of China announced the projects approved in 2022 this September, which included “Thienoindole based Heterocyclic Hole Transporting Materials (HTMs) and Their Perovskite Solar Cells”, a project sourced from NSFC Young Scientists Fund and proposed by Huang Hongyan, a lecturer at the School of Electronic Information of NJCIT. It marked the approval of proposals by NJCIT from National Natural Science Foundation of China for four consecutive years since 2019.
Besides, the projects High-efficiency Electrically Excited Two-dimensional Semiconductor Infrared Source Devices (supported by: Suzhou Institute of Nano-Tech and Nano-Bionics, Chinese Academy of Sciences) and Direct-write Optical Storage and Encryption based on Two-dimensional Fluorescent Materials (supported by: Nanjing Normal University) that involved Zhao Dongdong, a lecturer at the School of Electronic Information of NJCIT, in the proposal were approved by National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2022.
