President Tian Min Invited to Address Chinese + TVET - Dialogue on China-ASEAN Cooperation Mechanism from the Perspective of Higher Vocational Education

New Opportunities, New Heights: Chinese + TVET - Dialogue on China-ASEAN Cooperation Mechanism from the Perspective of Higher Vocational Education, sponsored by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation of the Ministry of Education of China, was held on December 17, to further cement the educational partnership between China and ASEAN countries and encourage high-quality development of Chinese language + vocational skills. Tian Min, President of Nanjing Vocational College of Information Technology, was invited to attend the event and delivered a keynote speech.

During the seminar, Mr. Tian shared the College's progress in promoting Chinese language + vocational skills, under the theme of Seizing New Opportunities, Climbing New Peaks. He also noted that the College would continue boosting high-quality development in relevant projects.

The event was held both online and offline under the guidance of the Center for Language Education and Cooperation, the ASEAN-China Centre, the Foreign Affairs Office of Jiangsu Provincial People's Government, and the Jiangsu Education Department. People attended the event mainly online; some were also attended offline at the invitation of the undertaker. Attendants included Minister Counsellor of Education and Science of the Embassy of Royal Thai in China, Education and Culture Attaché of the Embassy of Indonesia in China, Education and Culture Counsellor of the Embassy of Lao PDR in China, First Secretary of the Embassy of Vietnam in China, and representatives of universities, colleges, and enterprises.
