More than 850 people, including government officials from China and abroad, representatives from international organizations, educational institutions, and the industrial sector, attended to discuss the development path of global digital education and deepen international educational exchange and cooperation. Focusing on key topics such as the digital transformation of education, collaborative development of international education, and global skills talent cultivation, the conference released eight major achievements, including the China Smart Education Development Report (2025–2026), the Global Digital Education Development Index (2026), and the Hangzhou Initiative on AI in Education, establishing a world-class platform for digital education exchange and cooperation.

Hosted by Vice Minister of Education Xu Qingsen, Nanjing Vocational College of Information Technology signed a cooperation agreement with Mount Kenya University and Nanjing ZTE Xinyada Information Technology to jointly build the China-Africa Digital Technology Learning Supermarket project. This signing is an important achievement for NJCIT, leveraging a world-class high-end cooperation platform.
