On April 29, the Building the Future Together Nanjing New Energy Industry-Education Consortium 2026 High-Quality Development Promotion Conference was held at Nanjing Vocational College of Information Technology. Representatives from the Luhe District Government, Nanjing Guoxuan Battery Co., Ltd., Nanjing Vocational College of Information Technology, and Luhe Secondary Vocational School gathered together to explore new pathways for industry-education integration through signing and unveiling ceremonies, discussions and exchanges, and on-site visits, with the aim of further consolidating the construction of the consortium and injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of the regional new energy industry.

At the conference, the government, school, and enterprise reached a strong consensus on deepening development. At the beginning of the meeting, Vice President Sun Gang of Nanjing Vocational College of Information Technology delivered a welcome speech on behalf of NJCIT and pointed out that vocational education must closely follow industrial practice, deepen school-enterprise cooperation, and establish a talent training system that serves internship and training bases built with leading enterprises along the industrial chain. Song Jinbao, Chairman of Nanjing Guoxuan Battery Co., Ltd., stated that the company will work with NJCIT to jointly build education platforms, jointly develop course content, jointly cultivate skilled personnel, and share development outcomes. Deng Chao, Section Chief of the Luhe District Education Bureau, stated that the bureau will continue to strengthen policy support for the industrial park, build efficient docking platforms, and promote resource sharing and complementary advantages between schools and enterprises.

The meeting was warm and productive. In the presence of all attendees, Vice President Sun Gang and Chairman Song Jinbao signed a school-enterprise cooperation agreement on behalf of Nanjing Vocational College of Information Technology and Nanjing Guoxuan Battery Technology Co., Ltd., and unveiled the Nanjing New Energy Industry-Education Consortium · Guoxuan Battery Industry-Education-Research Practice Base. Wang Demin, Human Resources Director of Nanjing Guoxuan Battery Co., Ltd., conferred plaques for the Guoxuan Battery · NJCIT New Energy Talent Training Base and the Guoxuan Battery · Luhe Secondary Vocational School New Energy Talent Training Base. The unveiling of the base and the awarding of the talent training bases mark that the construction of the consortium has been deepened and made more concrete, further strengthening a three-dimensional training system featuring coordination between secondary and higher vocational education and school-enterprise cooperation in talent cultivation.

During the discussion and exchange session, the guests conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as innovation in consortium mechanisms and models of school-enterprise collaborative education, and proposed integrating industrial technologies into curricula and developing digital teaching materials. After the meeting, all participants visited the New Energy Vehicle Skills Appraisal Center of the School of Intelligent Transportation and the CQC NJCIT Integrated Photovoltaic-Storage-Charging Testing Platform, gaining a direct impression of NJCIT’s technological accumulation and practical training strength in the new energy field.

The successful convening of this promotion conference further consolidated the consensus on building the future together. In the future, the Nanjing New Energy Industry-Education Consortium will take the practice base as its core platform, rely closely on core member units such as Nanjing Guoxuan and Luhe Secondary Vocational School, continuously innovate talent training models, expand areas of cooperation, and provide more high-quality technical and skilled talents for the regional new energy industry.
