Characteristics and Advantages

The Electrical Automation Technology specialty is the one under key construction for the Intelligent Manufacturing specialty group. Under the guidance of the Center for People-to-People Exchanges of the Ministry of Education, we cooperated with Zhejiang Yalong Education Equipment Co., Ltd. and established the “Yalong Intelligent International College” to enhance the exchange of professional talents. cultivate and enhance the technical innovation capabilities of teachers and students to meet the new requirements of high-quality technical talents for industrial transformation and upgrading. Graduates of this specialty will be mainly engaged in the installation, debugging, operation, maintenance, technical transformation and sales of electrical equipment and automation systems.

The level of professional teachers has been continuously improved. There are many teachers with titles such honors as National Technical Expert, National Excellent Teacher, Jiangsu Technical Expert, and Jiangsu Provincial May 1st Labor Medal. In recent years, professional teachers and students have won more than 20 awards in various national and provincial teaching competitions and skills competitions. The employment rate of professional graduates in the past three years has been above 98%.

In-depth Cooperative Enterprises

In cooperation with Siemens (China) Co., Ltd. and Siemens Berlin Institute of Technology, 8 teachers with a total of 18 people went to Germany for training and obtained trainer qualifications. We cooperated with Siemens (China) Co., Ltd. to build a Siemens Automation Technology Training Center, with a total investment of 15 million yuan. Cooperating with Siemens (China) Co., Ltd. Training Center, we carried out S7-1200 and S7-1500 campus certification training as a Siemens PC campus training authorization point and established a digital twin laboratory to cooperate in the construction of digital factories to help intelligent manufacturing.

We built FANUC Industrial Robot Training Center with FANUC, which can carry out FANUC Industrial Robot C-level training and certification.

Under the guidance of the Center for People-to-People Exchanges of the Ministry of Education and in cooperation with Zhejiang Yalong Education Equipment Co., Ltd., the “Yalong Intelligent International College” has been jointly established by the government, school and enterprise to enhance the exchange and training of professional talents, enhance the ability of teachers and students to innovate in technical skills and cross-cultural communication, promote in-depth cooperation and collaboration between schools and enterprises to “go out” and serve the international cooperation of the “the Belt and Road Initiative”.
