Characteristics and Advantages

The specialty was established in 2015 and the “ESTUN Robotics Academy” was jointly established with Nanjing Estun Robotics Engineering Co., Ltd., which was approved in 2017 as a training platform for the in-depth integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province – “Industrial Robot 4S Center of Jiangsu Province”. Jiangsu high-level higher vocational colleges key construction major project was established in 2019, and the industrial robot technology team was awarded the training recipient of Jiangsu “Qinglan Project” excellent teaching team. In terms of skills competitions, in recent years, teachers and students have won 3 first prizes in the national industrial robot technology application skills competition, and nearly a hundred provincial and above awards including the national Gold Award of the “Challenge Cup” China's university student entrepreneurship plan competition.

It aims to cultivate a sense of social responsibility and professionalism, a sense of standardization and innovative thinking, a willingness to enterprising, the ability to cooperate, the ability to apply information technology, the spirit of craftsmanship for excellence, and strong employability and sustainable development capabilities for the occupational groups such as automatic control engineering technicians, electrical and electric engineering technicians, and equipment engineering technicians for general equipment manufacturing and special equipment manufacturing, and compound technical and skilled talents who can be engaged in industrial robot operation, industrial robot application system operation and maintenance, automation control system installation and adjustment, industrial robot system integration, etc.

In-depth Cooperative Enterprises

We took the lead in building the first domestic industrial robotics academy – “Estun Robot Academy” together with Nanjing Estun Robotics Engineering Co., Ltd. Adhering to the development concept of “government guidance, industry guidance, school-enterprise integration, and joint school running”, comprehensive and multi-level in-depth cooperations have been carried out to develop skilled personnel training, teaching resource construction, teacher training, vocational qualification appraisal, customer technical services, and robot application project development around industrial robot technology.

We built FANUC Robotics C-level Training Center with Shanghai-FANUC Robotics Co., Ltd., and cooperated with Shuangyuan Vocational Education (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. to carry out industrial robot operation and maintenance 1+X certificate assessment.
