He has been committed to teaching, scientific research and management since graduating from university in July 1984. He has been a full-time teacher in the second category junior college and the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. Since 2004, he has successively served as deputy director of the Office of Science and Technology (later presided over the work), director of the Office of Quality Monitoring and currently as director of the Engineering Research and Development Center. He has presided over or played a major part in more than 10 provincial or above level projects, published more then 30 papers and obtained patents as well as published five textbooks. He has won many titles of honor such as “Nanjing Municipal Excellent Teacher”.
